Consultations

Initial Consultations

I offer legal consultations via in person or by telephone. During the initial consultation you will be speaking with, and have your case analyzed by, me, an attorney (not a paralegal or consultant).

During the initial consultation, I will listen to and analyze your immigration concerns, explain the options available to you, including the advantages and disadvantages of each option, and provide you with an estimate of the legal fees and costs that would be involved if I accepted engagement in the matter.

This is a one-time consultation and is limited to the specific question or problem for that particular person. The charge for the initial consultation (whether in-person or by telephone.) is $125 (payable by cash, cashier's check, money order, or credit card). The fee is non-refundable.

If there are new or additional problems or issues with respect to the person, or future changes or differences in law or facts, then a new consultation (and new consultation fee) will be required.

NOTE: Please do not send me the originals of your documents, as they will not be returned to you. Send me photocopies, unless I specifically request for the original. You should always retain a copy for yourself.   Please do not send your only copy of any document.

In Person Consultation

All in-person consultations are by appointment only.  Please call our office at 1- (866) US VISAS (1-866-878-4272) to schedule your appointment.

My office is in Greensboro, North Carolina and located at:
3200 Northline Ave, Suite 130
Greensboro, NC 27408

In connection with an in person consultation, please note the following:

1. Please fill out the Questionnaire as completely as possible in advance of the appointment. If a question is not applicable, please write "N/A".

2. Please try to arrive early for your appointment, to allow time for traffic.

3. Please bring the $125 consultation fee, via cash, credit card, or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.

4. Please bring with you all documents relating to your immigration question, such as passports, I-94's, notices, documents, court decisions, etc.

5. If you are inquiring about another person's problem, fill out the information about that person, and not about yourself (i.e. if a relative is in deportation, and you are a citizen, please provide the information about the person in removal or deportation, and not about yourself).

Telephone Consultation:
Please call my office in the United States at 1- (866) US VISAS [1-866-878-4272]or (336) 808-1119 for instructions and procedures for the telephone consultation.

For telephone consultation, you may pay the $125 consultation fee via credit card or money order. We will forward a questionnaire for you to fill out, and return to the office with payment for the consultation. Upon our receipt of the payment and questionnaire, we will contact you and make mutually convenient arrangements for your telephonic consultation.
